Account Office

Account office is dealing with all financial matters of the FCIT. Account office is mainly responsible for making payments, maintain accounts thereof, and rendering financial advice to FCIT authorities.The account office also acts as a clearing-house for student charges, in addition to processing payments, credits, refunds, and charges. The account office has to ensure that financial events are accurately and appropriately recorded in the financial statements.

 

Mission Statement

“The mission of the Account Office is to support the campus community by providing prompt, reliable accounting and payroll services. Also ensuring accurate financial information and reports are readily available. Coordinating external audits; and contributing to the control environment through the development of financial applications and dissemination of information regarding applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. .”
