Full Job Description
Educative is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join the growing People team. This role will drive the growth of Educative by supporting and driving talent acquisition and interview coordination across the organization. You will serve as the first point of contact/impression for Educative and work to provide an incredible candidate experience throughout the interview process and ensure a seamless interview experience.
In this role
Recruiting Coordination:
Schedule interviews for candidates and work closely with recruiters to design the candidate experience
Talk to candidates to guide them through their upcoming interviews
Greet candidates, make them feel welcome, and ensure on-site interviews go smoothly
Responsible for getting timely feedback from our interviewers and communicating next steps to the candidate
Process all data and maintain recruiting profiles in the Applicant Tracking System
Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Candidate Sourcing:
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements of the role and how it fits into the organization
Build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns
Source and identify passive candidates to build a pipeline of high potential talent
Research markets, companies, teams and role types to help drive a consistent pipeline of candidates who are qualified for currently available and upcoming roles.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with top talent in the industry
About you

- Excellent social skills, project coordination experience, and the composure to work well with all levels of internal management and staff
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex logistics and solve difficult problems in a work setting
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal direction
- Strong writing, proofreading and editing skills
- Metric driven mentality and experience using data to influence recruiting strategies
