  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Answer employee queries
  • Cater day-to-day meters
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, and packages)
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Schedule in-house and external events
  • Manage all billing invoice Attachment
  • Manage duties related to office boys

Requirements:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree holder (BBA, BA, B.COM, BSCS)
  • Proficient Excel management skills
  • Experience of 1-2 years in the similar role
