- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer employee queries
- Cater day-to-day meters
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, and packages)
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Schedule in-house and external events
- Manage all billing invoice Attachment
- Manage duties related to office boys
Requirements:
- At least a bachelor’s degree holder (BBA, BA, B.COM, BSCS)
- Proficient Excel management skills
- Experience of 1-2 years in the similar role
