Job Responsibilities
- Production of documents/responses to Requests for Information and Requests for Pricing
- Create and submit Technical and financial proposals as required by the Sales person
- Work with Sales Personnel to provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of pre-sales activities.
- Report writing and Document compilation
- Responsible for staying abreast of product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features and functions within each of the products.
- Create monthly or quarterly Revenue Pipeline for the Executive Management
- Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc.
- Attendance at conferences and working with Operations and Development teams, and research to stay on top of changes in business issues/requirements/
regulations/Technology and understand where the market is going. - Coordination with Product Development on an on-going basis to stay current.
- Coordination with corporate sector for meetings and tailoring communications to address business needs of potential clients as part of the pre-sales process.
- Coordinate requirements for proofs of concept with Product Development
- Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure hardware and software
- Vendor management, Telecom and ICT skills
- Networking certification (Preferably)
- Any Other Projects/Task assigned by the supervisor
Qualification:
- BSc Engineering (Electrical/Telecommunication/
IT/Software/Computer/Systems)
Experience:
- 1 – 2 years’ of relevant experience
