Job Responsibilities

 

  • Production of documents/responses to Requests for Information and Requests for Pricing
  • Create and submit Technical and financial proposals as required by the Sales person
  • Work with Sales Personnel to provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of pre-sales activities.
  • Report writing and Document compilation
  • Responsible for staying abreast of product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features and functions within each of the products.
  • Create monthly or quarterly Revenue Pipeline for the Executive Management
  • Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc.
  • Attendance at conferences and working with Operations and Development teams, and research to stay on top of changes in business issues/requirements/regulations/Technology and understand where the market is going.
  • Coordination with Product Development on an on-going basis to stay current.
  • Coordination with corporate sector for meetings and tailoring communications to address business needs of potential clients as part of the pre-sales process.
  • Coordinate requirements for proofs of concept with Product Development
  • Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure hardware and software
  • Vendor management, Telecom and ICT skills
  • Networking certification (Preferably)
  • Any Other Projects/Task assigned by the supervisor

 

Qualification:

 

  • BSc Engineering (Electrical/Telecommunication/IT/Software/Computer/Systems)

 

Experience:

 

  • 1 – 2 years’ of relevant experience
