Full Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist in Development of strategy in collaboration with the Cybersecurity team.
- Work with vendors to support the DLP technology (troubleshooting, upgrades, etc.)
- Administration of the DLP tools which included configuring policies and reporting.
- Monitor and respond to alerts generated from the DLP systems and other technologies.
- Follow processes to maintain the DLP system.
- Monitoring EDR dashboard and maintaining minimum 90-96% compliance.
- EDR incident investigation and reporting it to the relevant teams.
- Updating EDR agents and troubleshooting “offline”, unmanaged and unreachable Head Office as well as Branch endpoints.
- Running vulnerability scans (IVA)from automated scanning tools to identify vulnerabilities in newly created servers and project (go-live) related servers.
- In-person follow-ups with application, server, and network teams to close the reported vulnerabilities.
- Presenting the status reports to CISO and CIO on a weekly basis.
- Coordination with the GRC team on security compliance issues.
- Coordination with SOC on security incidents.
- Coordination IT, infra and Network teams on security advisories.
- Troubleshooting patching related issues with the IT Team.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Administration of the DLP tools which included configuring policies, upgrading and patching, etc.
- Preferably 3 years of experience in IT Security at MSSP or Financial Institution or relevant field.
- Strong hands-on with any of the EDR technology like Crowd strike, Carbon Black, FortiEDR, Rapid7, Cisco AMP etc.
- Knowledge of core information Security concepts related to Governance, Risk & Compliance.
- Leadership, motivational, team building, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Critical thinking and multi-tasking.
- Ability to work under pressure, problem solving skills and decision making.
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to information technology and information security.
- Knowledge of organizational information technology (IT) & Information Security Policies.
Educations:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security / Computer Science or equivalent.
- Certifications in the relevant product family will be preferred.
