Job Responsibilities:
- Technical & functional knowledge and support for Dynamics 365

- Client/customer-facing meetings

- Stellar interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Great organization and management skills to manage and keep projects on track.
- Providing appropriate solutions to the technical issues faced by the customers.
- Providing customer support services in addition to the technical services.
- Prioritizing and dealing with the issues in a timely manner.
- Keeping track of the customer queries and resolving the issues as early as possible.
- Ensuring that the fault is completely rectified and ensuring that it does not appear in the future.
- Providing correct feedback to customers.
- Preparing technical support team performance reports
- Coordination with consulting and client teams.
- Functional knowledge of Dynamics AX365 in the domain of Financials and SCM, period closing routines, financial reconciliations are plus.
- Participate in the financial month-end and year end closing process in ERP.
- Customer handling, providing solutions and always ready for going an extra mile to fulfil customer needs.
- Taking ownership of support queries on the telephone and via email. Managing the query from
first point of contact to resolution and keeping the customer informed throughout. - Effectively diagnose issues and identify problems signposting customers to self-help resources
where appropriate - Escalating support queries to consultants as necessary to ensure efficient resolution of problems
- Developing and maintaining FAQs and “how to” guidance (written and video)
- Proactively monitor customer systems
- Keep customers informed of forthcoming updates and new features tailored to their needs
- Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact and articulate within a diverse group consisting of senior managers and subject matter experts
- Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Master’s degree is a plus
- 5+ years of Functional experience specifically in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience in Customer Services will be a plus
- Experience with both on-premises and on-cloud versions
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Have a strong sense of accountability and integrity
- Has a proven track record of providing functional consultancy, full life-cycle implementation, upgrade, extensibility, performance optimization, integration, data migration, security, and support of D365 in a consultancy role.
- Technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 application stack and server architecture, web services, security, cloud, and infrastructure.
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively to the client and all levels within the organization
- Customer focused with demonstrable experience of meeting service standards
- Ability to work towards tight deadlines while being resilient and collaborative; and remain calm under pressure
