We’re Hiring: Associate Product Support Engineer – Fintech

Location: Gulberg III, Lahore

Experience: 6 months

What You’ll Do:

 Troubleshoot and resolve product/application issues by analyzing logs, queries, and metrics
 Support production systems, assist in incident management, and help restore services quickly
 Identify recurring problems and collaborate with engineering teams to implement long-term fixes
 Build and maintain automation scripts/tools to optimize support workflows and diagnostics
 Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base and runbooks for quicker resolutions

What We’re Looking For:

 Software development background (hands-on with Python, Bash, PHP, or similar)
 Familiarity with automation testing (frameworks/tools for QA/testing)
 Solid understanding of databases and SQL (PostgreSQL preferred). Experience with the Linux command line is a plus.  Familiarity with web applications, APIs, and microservices
 Strong problem-solving and communication skills
 6 months – 1 year of relevant experience (junior-level dev/testing roles acceptable)
