We are looking for skilled programmers with experience building web applications in node.js. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your coworkers into the application. The primary focus will be on developing high-performance, scalable, well-documented backend applications. A basic understanding of front-end technologies is therefore necessary as well.
Responsibilities
- Building reusable code and libraries for future use
- Proficiency of Node.js with Express framework and front-end integration.
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
- Good knowledge of Git.
- Extensive web services development with RESTful interfaces
- Integration of data storage solutions, Solution for MongoDB, API Integration
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of applications target for the range of any kind of web application API development and Solidity experience is better if the candidate has knowledge.
- Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability
- Implementation of security and data protection
- Design and implementation of data storage solutions
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Engagement in client communication, requirement collection, analysis, and documentation activities, in case if it would required.
- Design and Implement Architecture solutions
Requirements
- At least 2 – 3 years of back-end development experience
- Should have worked on at least one Node JS framework
- Must have worked on Agile development methodologies
- Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors, such as LESS and SASS
- Understanding accessibility and security compliance User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
- Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
- Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes
- Data migration, transformation, and scripting
- Setup and administration of backups
- Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
- Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
- Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
- In-depth knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, Postman, REST API
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Proficient understanding of OWASP security principles
- Understanding of “session management” in a distributed server environment
