Roles & Responsibilities:
- Compile and analyze data over time to forecast business trends
- Communication with the top management
- Review historic business data to determine trends
- Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources
- Evaluate any third-party data to determine best practices for company success
- Present actionable information and insights to team members and management
- Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively
- Collaborate with team members and members of other departments
- Analyze process issues, bottlenecks and make improvements
- Identify specific business opportunities
- Develop and maintain reporting tools
- Collaborate with product manager on roadmap planning and prioritization
- Work with the top management to devise strategic decisions based on data analytics
Must Have:
- A Bachelor’s degree, having a Masters/MS will be a plus
- Tools: SQL/ PowerBI/Advanced Excel/Tableau
- 2 – 4 years of work experience in business analytics
- Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- High level of organization and detail-orientation
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
- Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
