At Microrage Solutions, we are looking for enthusiastic, goal-oriented & active tech marketer looking for growth opportunities in the field of IT/Software through digital marketing channels having satisfactory knowledge of IT, software, and its terminologies.
Responsibilities:
- Generating sales of software solutions through online marketplaces and premium sales channels.
- Writing business proposals based on knowledge of IT & relevant terminologies..
- Creating and managing email newsletters and other electronic correspondence.
- Developing relationships with potential clients to secure business opportunities.
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
- Learning & applying new technologies related to the field of digital marketing.
- Monitoring social media platforms for brand mentions or comments about a company’s products or services.
- Consulting with clients to determine their needs and goals for technology support.
- Providing customer service and support to clients via email or phone
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors in Business, IT/SE, Management or mass communication with majors in marketing or related studies.
- Excellent communication & writing skills is a must.
