Full Job Description

At Microrage Solutions, we are looking for enthusiastic, goal-oriented & active tech marketer looking for growth opportunities in the field of IT/Software through digital marketing channels having satisfactory knowledge of IT, software, and its terminologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating sales of software solutions through online marketplaces and premium sales channels.
  • Writing business proposals based on knowledge of IT & relevant terminologies..
  • Creating and managing email newsletters and other electronic correspondence.
  • Developing relationships with potential clients to secure business opportunities.
  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
  • Learning & applying new technologies related to the field of digital marketing.
  • Monitoring social media platforms for brand mentions or comments about a company’s products or services.
  • Consulting with clients to determine their needs and goals for technology support.
  • Providing customer service and support to clients via email or phone

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Business, IT/SE, Management or mass communication with majors in marketing or related studies.
  • Excellent communication & writing skills is a must.
