OMNO AI is looking for someone to join our team as a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in furthering project goals. With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
• Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
• Ensuring project deadlines are met
• Determining project changes
• Providing administrative support as needed
• Undertaking project tasks as required
• Developing project strategies
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
• Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution
• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
• Liaising with clients to determine the project’s objectives

Requirements

• 0.5-2 years of experience working in project management related positions
• Competency in PM Tools (Asana, Jira, Slack, Trello, Monday, ClickUp etc.), Microsoft Office Suite applications, and Google Suite applications.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Strong ethics and reliability
• Bachelors in business, computer science, administration, management studies or equivalent work experience; further training will be a plus
