• Joining Bonus: 1 Monthly Gross Salary
  • 50% of the bonus will be paid after the successful completion of 6 months tenure at SSI and the remaining 50% of the bonus will be paid after the successful completion of one year at SSI.
• 2 Annual Bonuses: 2 Monthly Gross Salaries – paid on a pro-rated basis i.e. based on the time you have been with the company when these bonuses become due
  • First Annual Bonus is paid in April of each year
  • Second Annual Bonus is paid in October of each year

  • Out-Patient Medical Allowance: PKR 70,000/year (Parents & Immediate Family)
