Key Responsibilities
Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for EmpowerGPT.ai.
Gather and prioritize customer requirements through interviews, feedback sessions, and market research.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales to deliver high-quality features that solve real-world problems.
Bridge the gap between AI capabilities and customer needs, ensuring alignment between technical implementation and user value.
Drive product releases and go-to-market activities in partnership with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Stay up to date with AI trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive products to continuously evolve product offerings.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear product decisions and user stories.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards, especially for regulated environments.
Own end-user experience across key modules: Global Insight (world knowledge integration), Enterprise Sync (enterprise knowledge access), Assistants, and Mini Experts.
Qualifications
4 - 7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in enterprise SaaS, AI/ML, or knowledge management domains.
Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, semantic search, or similar AI-driven architectures.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and drive execution across teams.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with technical teams and understanding cloud infrastructure, APIs, and data security principles.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product analytics, and roadmap tools (e.g., Jira, Product board, etc.).
A technical background (CS, Engineering, Data Science) or equivalent experience is a strong plus.
