The person must have Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs. Base salary plus Uncapped Commissions Must have a strong English accent and excellent communication abilities. Working Days: Monday to Friday Timings: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM Location: DHA Phase 4 Lahore This is a hybrid role for job marketing and technical recruitment. The International Technical Recruiter will develop the full recruitment life cycle using traditional and creative methodologies for both marketing and recruitment.
