We Are Looking For:
If you are graduating in the summer of 2022, looking to work in a fast-paced environment executing data driven decisions, you are exactly who we are looking for! The Data LIFT Graduate Program at Airlift is seeking a capable and eager individual to learn execution at Airlift's velocity, someone with a passion to design experiments, form actionable insights and execute data driven decisions. You should be someone who is proficient at SQL and has working knowledge of any statistical tool or language (R, Excel and Python).
What you would be expected to work on:
Analyzing data using statistical techniques and reporting on key operational metrics.
Driving actionable insights using data analysis.
Designing experiments for optimization of operational metrics and identifying incentives to increase overall performance and productivity of operations.
Developing data-based models and forming data driven decisions.
Identifying, analyzing and interpreting trends or patterns in complex datasets.
In addition to the above, successful candidates will demonstrate strong people and leadership skills to effectively partner up with other teammates. Teamwork lies at the heart of Airlift's culture and operating values.
