Experience in systems engineering, computer maintenance, server administration, installation, repair, and troubleshooting. Installation and maintenance of network infrastructure, IP Address, Subnet Mask, Static Route, Switch, DHCP Server, Wireless Access Point, and more. Experience in computer networking, LAN, WLAN installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Setup network user accounts, reset passwords and created new network connections using DHCP reservations in Active Directory. Provide diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications of workstations, printers, network servers, and Cisco switches. Experience in IP Cameras Management. Experience in Supporting Windows Server. Setup Printer, Scanner, Sharing Printer over Network. Purchase IT equipments when necessary. Order and stock office supplies when necessary. Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades. Restricting access to unauthorized sites, downloads, and users. Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment. Work cross-functionally to convert business needs into technical specifications. Good interpersonal skills should be able to interact with all staff across all levels and cadres.
