Full Job Description
We are seeking a Lead UI/UX designer to join our team who has 7+ years of experience in the same field and delivered successful products and will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate will be required to be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and showing amazing attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities:
Design Web Applications & Mobile wireframes, Mockups, and prototypes.
Create visual aspects of marketing materials including infographics.
Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
Identify, discuss & fix the UX problems according to a business idea.
Work on Company's Product social media & Email Marketing Campaigns.
Being able to create a walkthrough in vision.
Experience in Animation and Video Creation.
Work closely with the product management and lead the design team to research and determine requirements, articulate user needs, and translate those needs into concepts and elegant interface designs.
Identify gaps and opportunities in customer understanding of the project.
Drive the vision for their project experience and design by aligning their team on a better future state.
Design interfaces that are functional, beautiful, and delightful. Raise the visual design bar in a way that creates business value.
Extensive experience using Adobe Creative Suite programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Aftereffects.
Work with the development team creating screen designs/mockups of new functionalities and leading UI/UX improvement in the already built applications.
When necessary, lead design work across multiple teams and projects. Also, focus on how everyone succeeds, not just your team.
Experience in Product improvement and enhancement.
Make the design team more efficient by optimizing our design and collaboration process.
Support developers and the Design team during the Asset export process.
Testing and ensuring that the UI design meets the intended UX goals.
Keep up with new technologies in design trends.
Adhere to and maintain Marketing Department graphics standards and processes.
Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
Roughly 7-9 years of experience, delivered successful products, managed, and led the design team.
The candidate should be a team player with strong skills in user research, usability testing, Information Architecture, Interaction design, Prototyping, visual design, UX writing, business strategy, workshop facilitation, and verbal and written communication.
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & After Effects.
A strong eye for visual composition.
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Should be able to take full ownership of his/her work.
Graphics designing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, and After Effects.
Knowledge of a variety of design and prototyping tools like Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
Make the complex clear and concise in writing, listening, and speaking with strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
Leading regular creative sessions and an environment of learning amongst the team members to guide them through their quest of better user experience and creative user interfaces.
Good understanding of modern UI principles both for print and electronic.
Candidates should not rely on others for notes or follow-up. The candidate has the ability to prioritize projects, estimate the project or tasks and deliver it on time.
