The individual would be responsible to provide technical support via telephone, Tickets, email, and screen share sessions. This involves answering questions on the function and usage of MS products and Mac OS, troubleshooting, and resolving issues. Prioritize, balance, multitask competing issues based on impact to end-user, customer urgency, length of an outstanding issue. Promote and maintain high quality, professional, service-oriented company image with clients and internal staff. Contribute to the team and customer's knowledge base. Key Skills; Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred. Excellent Communication Skills in English. Ready to learn.
