Roles & Responsibilities:
Compile and analyze data over time to forecast business trends
Communication with the top management
Review historic business data to determine trends
Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources
Evaluate any third-party data to determine best practices for company success
Present actionable information and insights to team members and management
Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively
Collaborate with team members and members of other departments
Analyze process issues, bottlenecks and make improvements
Identify specific business opportunities
Develop and maintain reporting tools
Collaborate with product manager on roadmap planning and prioritization
Work with the top management to devise strategic decisions based on data analytics
Must Have:
A Bachelor’s degree, having a Masters/MS will be a plus
Tools: SQL/ PowerBI/Advanced Excel/Tableau
2 - 4 years of work experience in business analytics
Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills
Superior oral and written communication skills
High level of organization and detail-orientation
Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
