Hospitals on the panel will allow that family member to use full credit facilities as well. If the hospital is not on the panel, all expenses will be reimbursed in 80/20. Without hospital admission that specific family member specialized Lab tests including MRI, CT Scan, Angiography, Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, Thallium Scan, etc. Spouse Maternity ( Normal delivery, Operation ), Covered all over Pakistan. The spouse of that family member can avail of this. Pre Delivery Expenses During 9 Months of Maternity, Covered all over Pakistan for the spouse of that family member. Post Delivery Expenses ( circumcision etc ) for the spouse of that family member. Appraisal: Appraisal will be on annual basis.
