Evaluating existing IT infrastructure and recommending system improvements. Evaluation ERP solutions provided by ERP system vendor Deploying ERP solutions and ensuring seamless system integration. Running diagnostic tests (on ERP installed) and resolving issues to enhance performance. Coordinate and support complete ERP installation by third party ERP service provider. Providing assistance in ERP end-user training and technical support. Documenting ERP processes and preparing deployment progress updates, suggesting and implementation of ERP according to company’s requirements. Keeping informed of the latest ERP developments, upgrades, and offerings. DATA CENTER Analyze and determine appropriate layout of all equipment’s in data center. Implement and manage disaster recovery and back-up. Monitor all data center assets for tracking information Maintain servers and associated hardware, applications, services, and settings. Coordinate with vendors and resource engineers and ensure effective completion of all installation hardware at various data centers Data management consultation and guidance Monitor all issues and escalate issues to the appropriate department to ensure effective resolution. Research and make recommendations on server system administration NETWORK ADMINISTRATION Assist in network design and implementation. Provide network support with operating systems. Install and configure computer network equipment. Maintain network connectivity of all computer workstations. Provide network support to users. Evaluate and recommend security improvements and system upgrades. Monitor network to ensure optimal performance. Create and maintain network users/permissions.
