What is The Role
We are seeking a Junior Java Developer resource that is excited and enthusiastic about his work, as well as competent and professional to become a part of our development team. You will be collaborating with software development staff & Hiring managers throughout multiple project life cycles. Outstanding listening skills, a genuine interest in fostering teamwork, a willingness to provide honest feedback, and extreme ownership are keys to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:
Work with the development team to architect and design solutions to meet business requirements.
Write high-quality, secure code that is modular, functional, and testable.
Design, implement and maintain Java-based applications.
Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle.
Responsible for Code debugging, fixing, and suggesting new solutions or alternatives.
Object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
Defining application objectives and functionality.
Develop detailed design documentation to assist users.
Perform all other related duties.
Requirements:
1+ years of proven experience in Java and J2EE.
Experience with user interface design, database structures, and statistical analyses.
Experience working with API development (Restful and Soap-based).
Familiarity with Hibernate and Spring MVC.
Knowledge in designing the application using the UI technologies like HTML, CSS, JS, Ajax, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Alloy UI.
Good working knowledge of n-tier web applications, with knowledge of the different tiers, including web servers, application servers, databases, and infrastructure.
Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, deadline-driven, and flexible.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience is required.
