The position will also be involved in day to day maintenance of systems and networks the Infrastructure team supports. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, documentation, and reliable operation of the IT network infrastructureResponsible for monitoring system and network health and performance, identifying issues and reporting them to senior management and resolving them Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues. Installing updates/patches and configuring network equipment, operating systems, while managing network architecture and diagnosing or fixing hardware or software issues. Managing backups of servers, in case of data loss Keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference.
