Job description
Quality Resource Private Limited is looking for candidates with experience of working on mid to large scale projects and have experience of using Node.js on the back-end of the Technology stack. It would also be highly beneficial to have strong JavaScript experience, have worked in a Server less environment, building microservices and strong API Development.
Key Responsibilities include:
Provide well documented, high-performance, reliable, maintainable codes.
You will be involved in delivering APIs and maintaining backend services.
Continually perform code reviews and knowledge transfers to other developers.
Provide technical research and advice to the technical lead.
Adhere to the team's agile practices.
Improve the performance, security, reliability, and maintenance of the platform.
Understanding of code refactoring, design patterns, continuous integration, application security etc.
Building backend services applications for iOS and Android apps
Skills And Qualifications:
Strong proficiency with JavaScript
Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it {such as Express, StrongLoop, etc}
Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
Good understanding of server-side templating languages.
Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors {such as Stylus, Less, etc}
Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
Understanding accessibility and security compliance {Depending on the specific project such}
User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Github, gitlab and bitbucket etc.
