Chief Minister Punjab Laptop Scheme 2026 – Phase II

The Government of Punjab has launched the Chief Minister Punjab Laptop Scheme to equip meritorious students with essential digital tools for academic advancement.  I am pleased to inform you that the Phase of the Chief Minister’s Laptops scheme has been launched on 31st January 2026 – Registration is OPEN NOW. (Portal is LIVE). The students enrolled in Undergraduate BS 4-Years (16 years – Mostly from session Fall 2025) at Public Universities / Colleges, Public Medical & Dental Colleges / Universities are encouraged to apply for this Laptops Program. In this connection we request you to kindly encourage your students to apply for the Laptop scheme at the given link. The summary of eligibility criteria is also given on Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) portal at given link. HOW TO APPLY: Students are advised to apply Online by Registering Profile at the following link by themselves. Students can apply through given web portal.
