Junior Consultant Data Analytics – Full-Time On-Site Opportunity

Responsibilities:
Load and integrate raw data from multiple API sources into the Data Warehouse, ensuring high standards of data integrity, consistency, and reliability.
Design, configure, and optimize both incremental and historical data loading processes to support the company’s real-time analytics, reporting, and decision-making needs.
Collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to develop and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines that meet evolving business requirements.
Implement and maintain data validation, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms to ensure the quality and reliability of data within the data warehouse.
Optimize ETL/ELT jobs to ensure they are reliable, performant, and scalable as data volumes grow.
Continuously improve data architecture and workflow automation, staying up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
1-3 years of proven experience as a Consultant Data Analytics with a strong track record of loading, transforming, and managing large-scale data sets.
High proficiency in SQL and Python, including advanced querying, data manipulation, and performance tuning.
Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data warehousing best practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.) is a good-to-have but not required.
Experience with automated data validation and monitoring frameworks to ensure data accuracy.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, DBT) and version control (e.g., Git) is a plus.
Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, Sigma, or Tableau is a plus.
