We are looking for a Technical Content Writer to join our team. As a technical writer, you will produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our company and its products. You will be responsible for generating innovative ideas for content while working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The position researches products, services, technology or concepts to be documented and easily understood by a broad audience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, create, and modify technical documents, including user specifications, manuals, and test plans to facilitate the software and product development
  2. Select and adopt a uniform writing style across all media and other platforms for consistency within and outside the organization
  3. Manage and refine existing content in need of refresh and/or revamp
  4. Indulge in user research for feedback, revisions, and improvement in technical content
  5. Multi-tasking and handling changes in requirements or schedule

Requirements:

  1. 6 months – 1 year of experience preferred
  2. Excellent command of the English Language
  3. Problem solving skills; a self-starter who takes initiative
  4. Ability to quickly understand complex technical information and explain it simply and effectively
  5. Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
  6. Strong communication and collaboration skills
  7. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Apps
  8. Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail

Fresh graduates with a degree in a relevant discipline and keen interest in technical writing may also apply.

 
 
2- Position: Project Coordinator

Experience : At Least 1 Year of Experience in related field
 
Job Description:
We are actively seeking Technical Project Coordinator who will assist the Project Manager in planning, establishing, and managing (IT) projects and will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects.Duties/Responsibilities:
  1. Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
  2. Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
  3. Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
  4. Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
  5. Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
  6. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Skills/Abilities:
  1. Organized with attention to detail.
  2. Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
  5. Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
  6. Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.
  7. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  8. Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer or Information Science-related field required
  • At least 1 year of related experience required
