Key Responsibilities:

Setting up infrastructure

Tracking and monitoring performance of services

Responsible for logging, monitoring, alerting, backups

Setting up WAF, scanning for vulnerabilities with open source tools or external services

Linux hardening, audit, package updating

Active monitoring and informing of incidents

Solving incidents within team

24/7/365 availability during incidents

Continuous optimization of infrastructure to minimize costs and maximize performance

Skills Required:

Excellent knowledge of networks: HTTP/S, TCP/IP, DNS, OSI, WebSocket

Proficiency with Linux, Bash

Knowledge of vulnerabilities like OWASP Top Ten

Experience with Digital Ocean, AWS

PHP, Node.js (just know how to deploy and configure), Git

Proficient in configuration of MySQL, Redis, Mongo

Docker (compose, swarm), Kubernetes

Good experience in writing pipelines for CI/CD (like Jenkins, GoCD, Gitlab)

Strong experience with NGINX (or Traefik, Caddy, Envoy, HAProxy)

And Prometheus, Loki, Grafana or ELK stack or TICK stack

Familiar with DevSecOps skills

Knowledge of Python
