Summary:
Director of Professional Services at Confiz is a senior level position. Individuals who take this role are seen and perform as mini CEOs and are expected to perform their job with minimal supervision. They receive full leadership support to lead and manage their program operations ranging from hiring and retaining talent, winning customer sentiment through highest quality of Software delivery, and ensuring desired financial results at the end.

Responsibilities
- Act as single point of contact for all resourcing needs
- Keep complete visibility of resource allocations and release dates from different assignments
- Experience in Team and Staff augmentation
- Align with sales and other stakeholders on ongoing and upcoming resourcing requirements
- Manage and collaborate with Engineering, Functional and Supporting department’s leadership to fulfil resource requirements effectively and efficiently
- Building hiring pipeline for niche resources not available within organization
- Shortlisting, screening and interviewing candidates
- Keep resource profiles updated at all times
- Regular status reporting and updates for management on overall status of resourcing requests and any related challenges
- Ongoing training of resources to cross-train on latest tools & technologies
- Evaluation of resources on assigned clients
- Keeping a constant rhythm with clients to get resource feedback
- Responsible for career planning and progression of assigned resources
- Ensures that resources are best utilized and be able to map resources to best opportunity
Requirements
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science
- Overall 12+ years of experience
- 7+ years of experience in recruiting & forming project teams, and training resources
- Experience working with multiple project teams and clients simultaneously
- Hands-on experience in organizing and managing a large pool of resources
- Effective leadership and motivation skills
- Must be able to multitask and be able to deal well with pressure
- Have high level understanding of various technology stacks
- Must have crisp team management skills
- Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
- Professional attitude with solid ability to prioritize, manage time and deliver result
