Purpose
The Exchange team is responsible for the Monitoring of Email, messaging & calendar services, Authentication, DNS, DHCP, SSO, MFA, PKI Certificate Issuer, Production SMTP relay, Email Hygiene (SPAM solution).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Server and Desktop based operating systems and applications including Microsoft Windows Server (2008/R2,2012/R2,2016); Windows Desktop Servers (XP 7 & 8, 10).
  • Monitor Self-service Portal, SSO and MFA for business apps.
  • Ensure that the Service Level Agreements (SLA) are followed all the time.
  • Diagnose the cause of problems or incidents escalated from other teams and provide best suitable solutions.
  • Active Monitoring and Operations of the server environment for performance and optimization of services.
  • Provide Server and application support to customers/Internal teams remotely and over the phone.
  • Providing support to Information Security and Audit teams in maintaining and improving system security and server hardening.

The ideal candidate will have

  • 5-8 years of experience of working with IT preferably in a Software House environment with at least
  • Excellent verbal, writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work as a team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with clients.
  • Must be familiar with IP Scheming, Layer 2/3 switching & VLAN configuration.
  • Must have working knowledge of Spam Filtering, Load-balancers, SSO/Self-Service Portal.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Engineering (or higher) in Computer Science or related disciplines
