We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries.

And as a part of your job, you will be doing modifications on html and CSS files for an already developed shop on Shopify.

You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and creative teams to design, build, and test new web apps across the whole product lifecycle, from conception to deployment, including both front-end and back-end
  • Maintain and upgrade the software following deployment
  • Manage the end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications
  • Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues while providing feedback to team members and management on a DAILY BASIS during the development process
  • Write effective APIs
  • Some exposure to other cloud technologies and platform (Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift) a plus
  • Leads work effectively and acts on own initiative without being prompted
  • Communicate effectively with development and operation teams to align on requirements, capabilities and delivering highly resilient applications
  • Demonstrate increased self-reliance to achieve team goals
  • Influence team members with creative changes and improvement by challenging the status quo and demonstrating calculated data-driven risk taking
  • Create security and data protection settings
  • Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
  • Recognizes opportunities to adopt innovative technologies to enable business capabilities

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
  • Familiarity with common stacks
  • Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, React Native, React.js, Angular)
  • Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Node.js)
  • Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, etc)., web servers (e.g., Apache), and UI/UX design
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with testing concepts and writing test scenarios and test cases
  • Great attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • An analytical mind
  • Degree in Computer Science, or relevant field
  • Experience with Shopify is a plus
