Job Description

The Pakistan Head of IT partners with BU Executives (GM, CFO, Commercial Directors, Supply Chain Director etc.), and with IT Global Capability teams to ensure that all aspects of Information Technology meet BU current and future needs. This includes strategic direction alignment and multi-year capability roadmaps, funding and trade-offs (AOP), IT portfolio delivery and value realization, operational support, security, risk and compliance.

This position manages small, but highly agile digital and business IT leads teams with deep local business/functional knowledge of IT solutions within the markets that they support. The BRM supports Snacks and Beverages leadership to drive respective IT modernization agenda to fuel growth.
This position is also the overall site leader for all IT resources within the region and leads a team of BRMs that provides the point of integration between local business and IT Global and Sector services (Development and Delivery, IT Operations, PMO, IT Strategy, IT Security, etc.) serving the Pakistan market.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications: Masters qualification in IT field

Skills:

  • Subject matter expertise in the area of functional responsibility
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop teams and cultivate talent
  • Ability to manage budget
  • Experience managing a team
  • Minimum of 10 years of related IT business work experience
  • Outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers
  • Ability to solve highly complex problems within his/her work team
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders from different countries in a matrix environment
  • Degree level education
  • Strong program & project management skills – proven record of successfully completed projects
  • Proficient business level English language skills

Experience:
Have at least 10 years of working experiences in IT or 5 years of equivalent experiences in IT leadership positions
