  • Basic telephonic shortlisting should be conducted by your team in order to check on relevant experience requirementstechnology stag, on sight position, and budget etc
  • Please do not refer candidates who has frequent job switches. These a permanent and long term position and we need resources who has stable career and stay for long run
  • Candidates should be given complete briefing on Kashf Foundation and its environment as normally candidates do not know about Kashf and consider it as a software house while we are a financial institution.

1-      Assistant Manager/Sr. Database Developer

Job profile requires:

  • BCS/MCS or equivalent related discipline
  • 5-7 Years’ Relevant Experience in Database Development, Advance Proficiency in Oracle Development Methodologies
  • Experience in Design, Create and Manage Data Modeling and Database Schema in accordance with Business Requirements
  • Expert Level Skills with Relational Database (Oracle in Particular)
  • Experience in Methodologies and Processes for Managing Large Scale Database
  • Familiarity with ETL and BI Tools will be a Plus
  • Ability to translate Business Requirements into Technical Solutions
  • Interested to peruse long term career in IT
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

2-      Database Developer (Female)

Job profile requires:

  • BCS/MCS or equivalent related discipline
  • 2-3 Years’ Relevant Experience in Database Development, Advance Proficiency in Oracle Development Methodologies
  • Experience in Design, Create and Manage Data Modeling and Database Schema in accordance with Business Requirements
  • Good Skills with Relational Database (Oracle in Particular)
  • Experience in Methodologies and Processes for Managing Large Scale Database
  • Familiarity with ETL and BI Tools will be a Plus

3-      Management Trainee Officer (Contractual) (Female)

Job profile requires:

  • BCS/MCS or equivalent related discipline
  • Experience Required (Android Application Development/Final Year Projects). Any related Internship/Training in IT will be Plus

  • Ability to adapt multi-dimensional IT environment
