Job Summary
Tetra Pak is having an exciting opportunity for a Integrated Supply Chain Analyst who will be responsible for reporting and controlling activities, digitalization and process improvement initiatives for operational excellence through World Class Manufacturing (WCM) in integrated Supply Chain (ISC) within the Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Region. Provide regional expertise in the ISC processes and support solving system issues as well as identifying and prioritizing improvement opportunities.
The position is a permanent position which can be based in (Turkey) Izmir, (Pakistan) Lahore, (Kenya) Nairobi or (South Africa) Pinetown.
What you will do
- Ensure correct and timely reporting of KPIs for all metrics concerning Integrated Supply Chain (ISC)
- Run loss intelligence to improve process and KPI performance and support the expansion of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) to attack supply chain related losses, by defining and participating in WCM improvement initiatives / teams
- Lead Business Experts (BeX) to advise and resolve system issues, identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
- Lead and drive innovation and digitalization, together with key stakeholders and networks to improve performance and ISC processes end-to-end (e.g. Transportation, Capacity & Material Planning, others)
- Analyze and support solution design (processes and technologies) for optimized intralogistics safety and capacity utilization / productivity
- Streamline ISC processes through standardization and automation, including maintenance of process documentation
- Secure intra-system integration and handle exception management including maintenance of master data
- Conduct / support process reviews and follow up on the agreed actions
We believe you have
- A University Degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years of Supply Chain experience
- Very good command of written and spoken English
- Proven ability working with supply chain processes within medium / large organizations
- Knowledge of theory and practice of supply chain management, especially within transportation, warehousing, planning, order management, and international trade / customs
- Business expert of relevant IT platforms
- Strong knowledge and experience of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methods and successful application
- Project management skills
- Self driven with analytics skills and good ability to work cross-functionally and with external partners
