Full Job Description
We are seeking a results-oriented IT Support Officer to manage our company’s infrastructure and client support in different projects. You will be upgrading and installing hardware and software, performing troubleshooting to resolve IT issues. Also assisting the line manager in all administration related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage iCloud infrastructure and networking
- Manage technology services that meet operational requirements in the office
- Serves as the lead IT liaison with senior management and client
- Provides technical leadership on a variety of highly specialized project-related activities requiring expertise in specific technical areas for core information technology systems and services.
- Reviews vendor contracts and coordinates IT purchases (hardware, software and services) to ensure effective deployment of solutions aligned with user needs
- Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats
- Creating user accounts and performing access control
- Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems
- Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data
- Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
- Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
- Supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT support.
- Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
- Ensuring proper maintenance of assets, office premises, safety & security of other equipment
- Keeping a scanned record of all important documents, agreements/contracts and client correspondence
Professional Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree – BSCS can be a good value
- At least 3 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 1 year experience in procurement, and general administration.
- Ability to meet targets within tight deadlines
- Result-oriented team player and proactive
- Sound judgment, flexibility, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity.
- Integrity, transparent, persistence, initiative, and quick learner
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and use of the internet
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: From Rs40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
