Job Description
We are recruiting a talented and self-motivated “IT Business Systems Analyst” to assess every aspect of our daily business operations. For this position, you will examine existing and new systems for improvement, report common issues, evaluate the company’s performance and recommend new company procedures. To Excel in this position, you should be an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of IT & business system analysis techniques. The ideal candidate should be dedicated and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering.
- Business Requirement Document Preparation.
- Technical Documentation.
- Client Meetings.
- Analyzing the business processes in an organization or a company for inefficiencies and inadequacies. Making recommendations and approvals for solutions or improvements that can be achieved and attained through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
- Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, such as management, customers or end-users, and the software development or information technology team.
- Analyzing and communicating stakeholder needs by translating business requirements into software requirements.
- Documenting and evaluating required data and information.
- Use modeling, testing, and data models to improve the flow of information through an organization to enhance project success.
- Consulting with management and users to determine the needs of the system.
- Designing a system to meet the business objectives and goals.
- Specifying inputs and formatting outputs to meet users’ needs.
- Using techniques such as sampling, model building, structured analysis, and accounting principles ensures the solution is efficient, cost-effective, and financially feasible.
- Developing specifications diagrams and flowcharts as instructions for programmers to follow.
- Oversee implementation projects from beginning to completion.
Qualifications / Skills:
- 5-10 years’ Experience.
- An understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Strong creative and thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and highly analytical mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, computer science, or relative field.
- Proven working experience as an IT business systems analyst.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Data analysis experience and a solid understanding of structured databases.
- Thorough understanding of Agile/Scrum framework.
- Understanding of financial services industry is a plus.
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources.

Salary: From Rs150,000.00 per month
