We are looking for an experienced International IT First Line Support Analyst with 1+ years of experience, who has worked within an established IT Support environment and has client-facing experience.
You will be expected
- To provide 1st \ 2nd line support to UK users, log and deal with support desk tickets to resolution
- Support internal office users and take responsibility for onsite IT systems
- Take on project work when needed
Key Skills and Areas of Responsibilities
- Helpdesk call allocation – When a call is received into the helpdesk the call will either be dealt with by PK or allocated to the HO IT team
- PC & Software support – Basic issues with PC PC’s can be dealt with via GoTo assist i.e., MS Office issues, Windows problems, browser issues
- Password resets – Resetting passwords in AD (Active Directory)
- New user requests – Create new users following company procedure
- Leaver Management – Removing leavers from company systems as per procedure
- ERP Basic Admin – Create users, reset passwords, disable customers per GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) requirements, refresh finance report, deal with PLU requests, add sales assistants to tills
- Interface Management – Once training has been provided monitor and maintain interfaces between company systems
- Out of hours support – Help provide out of hours support for a limited number of functions to the warehouse or stores
- Exchange support – New user mailboxes, quota requests, group changes, export leaver mailboxes
You
- Excellent written English and Verbal communication skills
- You have good personal timekeeping and self-awareness of impact to others around you.
- Proficient with ticketing software
- Ability to learn new software and subject matters quickly
- Willingness to work in our office in the evening and night shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs50,000.00 – Rs100,000.00 per month
Experience:
- IT First line Support: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer support: 1 year (Preferred)
