Atrium Solutions is a leading BPO that requires an IT Intern for their BPO (Call Center) Lahore office, On an immediate basis.
3 Months internship Leading to job upon performance
Freshers are encouraged to Apply.
We are looking for both Male & Female IT Support Intern to manage our office IT infrastructure which includes
Routers, Domain controller servers, storage servers, mikrotik routers.
The ideal candidate would be required to have knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DC/RODC,
Group Policy and should be comfortable working with windows server instances.
The candidate would also be required to know how to properly layout infrastructure cabling,
Crimping LAN cables and connecting workstations and servers using routers hubs and Cisco switches.
Candidates should be able to troubleshoot connectivity, traffic bottlenecks.
Some tasks are as follow but are not limited to
- Installing and Configuring (software installation of any type, Windows configuration, windows security configuration).
2. Setting Up Peripherals (Printer setting, Windows setting, Router setting)
3. Maintaining and Repairing (Network error, System error, System repairing, Hardware check)
4. IT support (Agents running issue check, System repairing from the out office, IT purchasing)
5. Keeping Records (Record all backup, server backup, Agents backup, etc.)
Evening Shift: 02:00 pm to 11:00 pm
