IT Services Engineer required at AEDesign

Hardware/Software troubleshooting, installations, and configurations

General management and IT related tasks, within the organization and as well as with external organizations
Windows Server Administration
Firewall Administration and bandwidth Management
Knowledge of Virtualization environment
Setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
Supervising helpdesk and attending all its based tickets and resolving problems.
Providing network administration and support.
Monitoring computer networks and systems to identify how performance can be improved
Budgeting for equipment and assembly costs.
Willing to work during weekend and late sittings when required

Education. Masters/Bachelors in IT, Software Engineering, BCS

Experience. 02-04 years’ experience
