- Hardware/Software troubleshooting, installations, and configurations
- General management and IT related tasks, within the organization and as well as with external organizations
- Windows Server Administration
- Firewall Administration and bandwidth Management
- Knowledge of Virtualization environment
- Setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
- Supervising helpdesk and attending all its based tickets and resolving problems.
- Providing network administration and support.
- Monitoring computer networks and systems to identify how performance can be improved
- Budgeting for equipment and assembly costs.
- Willing to work during weekend and late sittings when required
Education. Masters/Bachelors in IT, Software Engineering, BCS
Experience. 0–1-year experience
