Full Job Description
Core Responsibilities
-
- Work with Software Developer, Network Administrator & Support all Teams.
- Monitor network equipment and servers.
- Assist with the design, implementation, and ongoing support of new software and features.
- Oversee troubleshooting for system errors, and provide help desk support for network issues.
- Provide technical support either by phone, or remote access.
- Evaluate and resolve connectivity IT issues, equipment, software, Networking & hardware.
- Set up the MacBook for new users, and install standard software on their MacBook.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer science or IT.
- Hands-on experience on Unifi devices, Mikrotik router board.
- Hands-on experience on MacBook-related issues.
