Full Job Description

Core Responsibilities

    • Work with Software Developer, Network Administrator & Support all Teams.
    • Monitor network equipment and servers.
    • Assist with the design, implementation, and ongoing support of new software and features.
    • Oversee troubleshooting for system errors, and provide help desk support for network issues.
    • Provide technical support either by phone, or remote access.
    • Evaluate and resolve connectivity IT issues, equipment, software, Networking & hardware.
    • Set up the MacBook for new users, and install standard software on their MacBook.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer science or IT.
    • Hands-on experience on Unifi devices, Mikrotik router board.
    • Hands-on experience on MacBook-related issues.
