We are looking for a deadline-focused Technical/IT Recruiter to fill a Remote Position for a US-based IT Company, who will be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and interviewing of technical specialists to fill IT positions for US-based clients.

A good candidate must have exceptional English communication skills and technical educational background preferably in CS/IT. If you do have experience in the IT/software Industry and have a deep understanding of technical Skills, Technical Roles, and Software Programming Languages/Tools/services and can evaluate position requirements, and have knowledge of the recruitment process then Vertex IT Systems is the right place for you. Day-to-Day Tasks:

  • Day to Day routine involves interactions between team members and stakeholders, participating in all the Processes of recruitment.
  • Coordinate with the Manager to identify staffing requirements of available jobs and candidates. Determine selection criteria.
  • Search for job candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, media advertisements, recruiting firms, or employee referrals.
  • Screen Resumes and performs selection procedures, including screening, assessments, Voice interviews, Video rounds, Submissions, etc.
  • Performing Voice and Video Interviews with candidates and managing all inbound and outbound calls promptly.
  • Sourcing potential candidates from niche platforms and social media, like Dice, Zip-Recruiter, indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Do and respond to all professional emails
  • Writing and posting technical job descriptions.
  • Keep a record and maintain all the data of candidates in excel sheets for future reference.
  • Keep track of all submissions and follow up for interviews and status.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science or any equivalent technical education.
  • Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience in the IT Industry/Software House.
  • At least three years of related recruiting experience is required, with prior experience in technical roles a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Experience in using and managing Recruitment/Job Portals and Tools.
  • Excellent Technical Skills in Resume Screening for IT Positions, and Proficient using Search Engine I-e: Google.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Reporting and Data/Record Management.
  • Must be Self-Starter, Quick Learner, and goal-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs40,000.00 – Rs50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
