Skills & Experiences Required:
  • Understand project management standards and the ability to manage remote/in-house team members.
  • Assign tasks, perform regular follow-ups to ensure timely completion with agreed quality.
  • Quick learner to grasp domain knowledge on real estate-related IT operations and processes.
  • Excellent English communication, meeting, and coordination skills.
  • Good experience in sales, marketing, and lead generation processes.
  • Chair regular client meetings to understand their process needs and suggest their solutions.
  • Configure tools, execute marketing campaigns, and document/track processes.
  • Very good understanding of IT helpdesk and service delivery operations.
