LEAD CONVERSION SPECIALIST
Job Description:-
• Maintain a timely and accurate database of client contact data
. • Conduct research to identify potential prospects and follow up on contact lists
• Uncover customer and prospect interest to develop into a solid sales opportunity
• Report to management on lead follow-up, ensuring leads are tracked correctly and consistently across the sales team
• Engage clients and prospects via phone to qualify them as opportunities and assign them to the appropriate owner(s)
• Demonstrate technical and application knowledge to provide prompt, accurate answers and successfully qualify the leads.
• Collect and provide constructive feedback to cross-functional lead sources to drive continuous improvement of processes
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual lead conversion quotas
• Collaborate with other Lead Qualification team members to continue to improve lead program and processes
• Develop an understanding of competitive products
• Develop customer quotations
• Follow up with leads to qualify them to be handed off to the sales team – leads include purchased leads, webinar attendees to the live session and replay versions, customer referrals, and older leads within the existing database
• Manage live chat function on website for new interested prospects, handing off qualified leads to the sales team • Provide succinct follow-up via phone and email

We are seeking a Web Developer to work on our company website and other projects as needed. This role is expected to bring an eye for design along with practical web development abilities. You will work closely with our graphic designers, product marketers, and other internal stakeholders to bring to life our brand, product information and collateral, and other website content, via the code you write.
Job Description:-
• Develop and implement front-end web code and design standards and writing clean, semantic code.
• Wireframe and mockup revamped or brand new site pages and present to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing teammates, senior management, designers, and other project stakeholders.
• Create and optimize our web project management, hitting all deadlines and improving efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality web development.
• Proactively scope and present new ideas to improve our website experience for prospects, leads, and customers.
Job Specifications:-
• BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
• Strong background with OPENCART, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Domain expertise in UI/UX best practices. You are a problem solver with everything you develop to improve our site’s experience and drive action.
• Certified on the HubSpot Content Optimization System, used to create automatically responsive webpages for mobile, tablet, and desktop. Your work must appeal to all three.
• Personal interest in staying up-to-date on the latest trends, including agile methodology and emerging best practices in the UI community.
