Position: Customer Support Representative

Location: GITMIT Co-Working Space, Near Firdous Market, Lahore

Shift: Night/Evening (flexible timings available)

Salary: Up to PKR 100,000/month (depending on the profile)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Assist with product/service information, technical issues, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer support is preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
