QMCC is hiring a highly skilled resource for:
Position Title: IT Manager
Location: Lahore
Timings: Night Shift
As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT infrastructure, managing HelpDesk support services, leading web development projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of Shopify platforms. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1.   HelpDesk Management:
•   Manage and supervise the HelpDesk team, ensuring efficient operations and timely resolution of technical issues.
•   Establish and enforce HelpDesk processes and procedures to provide high-quality support to internal users.
•   Monitor HelpDesk ticketing system, prioritize and assign tickets, and track performance metrics to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
•   Collaborate with other departments to identify recurring issues and implement proactive solutions.
2.   Web Development:
•   Lead web development projects from conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables within specified timelines.
•   Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and provide regular progress updates.
•   Manage and maintain existing websites, perform updates, and troubleshoot issues.
•   Stay updated with the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices, and propose their implementation when appropriate.
3.   Shopify Management:
•   Oversee the administration and maintenance of Shopify platforms, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
•   Collaborate with marketing and design teams to implement changes, enhancements, and customizations on Shopify stores.
•   Monitor and analyze Shopify analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales and customer experience.
4.   Team Leadership and Collaboration:
•   Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
•   Bachelor’s degree in CS, Information Technology, or a related field.
•   Proven experience as an IT Manager, with a focus on HelpDesk management, web development, and Shopify.
•   Strong knowledge of HelpDesk systems, ticketing tools, and best practices.
•   Proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
•   Experience with Shopify platform administration, customization, and app integration.
•   Solid understanding of e-commerce principles.
•   Strong verbal and written communication skills.
