Medical Card#1 – Self
You will get coverage of 3 Lacs Per year for the following:

Self-hospitalization including all expenses after admission – Covered all over Pakistan. Hospitals on the panel will allow you to use full credit facilities as well. If the hospital is not on the panel, all expenses will be reimbursed in 80/20.

Without hospital admission Self Specialized Lab tests including MRI, CT Scan, Angiography, Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, Thallium Scan, etc.

Maternity ( Normal delivery, Operation ), Covered all over Pakistan.

Pre Delivery Expenses During 9 Months of Maternity, Covered all over Pakistan.

Post Delivery Expenses ( circumcision etc ).

Medical Card#2 – One Family Member ( Under Age 64 ):
One Family Member will get coverage of 3 Lacs Per year for the following:

One named card on the name of one family member for hospitalization of that specific family member including all expenses after admission – Covered all over Pakistan. Hospitals on the panel will allow that family member to use full credit facilities as well. If the hospital is not on the panel, all expenses will be reimbursed in 80/20.

Without hospital admission that specific family members specialized Lab tests including MRI, CT Scan, Angiography, Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, Thallium Scan, etc.

Spouse Maternity ( Normal delivery, Operation ), Covered all over Pakistan. The spouse of that family member can avail of this.

Pre Delivery Expenses During 9 Months of Maternity, Covered all over Pakistan for the spouse of that family member.

Post Delivery Expenses ( circumcision etc ) for the spouse of that family member.

Appraisal: Appraisal will be on annual basis.

Entertainment Fund:
You will get a Yearly entertainment fund managed by the entertainment committee under the supervision of HR. HR will utilize funds on your behalf to arrange monthly dinner, lunch, events, or trips.
