If your name has appeared in the list. Please fill in the Performa (Available at PUCIT Admission Office Old Campus) and submit it in admission office old campus till 4:00PM on Tuesday December 14, 2021.
List of admitted candidates on the basis of submitted proformas will be displayed on website (https://pucit.edu.pk/merit-lists-fall-2021/) on Tuesday December 14, 2021.
Last Date to Submit due for the 5th merit list is 15th December.
PUCIT Admission office will be open on Saturday , Monday and Tuesday for the submission of Performa.
Performa should be submitted Physically in PUCIT admission office old campus. Performa sent via email, mail or any other way will not be entertained.
Required Documents for BS Admissions:
Students that have appeared in the merit lists of BS Admission Fall 2021 are required to submit the following documents (original) in Admission Office. The challan form for payment of fee will be issued after the submission of these documents:
- Matric
- Intermediate
- Undertaking Form (Take a Print out of this form on Rs 50/- Stamp paper, duly attested by Magistrate / Grade-1 civil judge)
- NOC for candidates of all boards other then Lahore.Rawalpindi, Sargodha,Faislabad, Gujranwala, and Federal Board. (Aspirant students are advised to start the process of taking NOC)
- Copy of CNIC
- Medical Certificate ( on letter head of Registered medical Physician)
- 4 Pictures with blue background
- Please bring your Signed Original Admission Form for Submission.
Note:
- Please submit copy of paid chalan form in Admission Office.
- If your name has appeared in the current merit list and you have already got admission in any other department.(Please Visit PUCIT Admission Office Old Campus if you want to take admission as per the current merit Lists)
