Prima System is looking for a “SCCM Administrator” for its Lahore office.
The candidate must have the following skills.

Job description:
The Systems Administrator is responsible for creating and maintaining SCCM imaging, software installation and update packages, anti-virus updates, and other distributions through the use of SCCM. In addition, as part of the User Support team, this individual will have direct contact with computer users at all levels at all remote locations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reviewing the environment for and presenting enhancement opportunities
- Configures operating system deployment tasks and components
- Organizes, schedules, and delivers deployments of software applications
- Manages deployment of all operating system patches, critical updates, and feature updates
- Creates logical groups of users and devices collections
- Provides client support, troubleshooting, technical issue resolution, and root cause analysis
- Designs and develops device configuration settings
- Utilizes scripting languages PowerShell, VBScript to automate processes and activities
- Monitors the health and performs periodic platform upgrades of the SCCM hierarchy
- OS upgrade process as well as Image Life Cycle process
SCCM Administrator must demonstrate superior customer service, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, relationship management, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Key Competencies:
- 4-6 years of demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager SCCM.
- Strong experience in Operating System Deployment
- Strong understanding and experience of SCCM with advanced knowledge of application deployment, patch management, operating system deployment, client maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Experience with Windows desktop and server operating system platform administration, configuration, and support.
- Experience with monitoring of ticketing systems, prioritizing problems, supporting projects, and supporting enterprise-level infrastructure
- Moderate understanding of network infrastructure, desktop virtualization, and IT security.
- Extensive experience in troubleshooting desktop OS and PC Hardware issues
- Ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues with minimal supervision and assist members with any IT-related issues as needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willing to work in night shift (5PM to 2AM)
