Full Job Description

NOC Engineer Job Responsibilities: –

  • Monitor and assist to troubleshoot and fix the av equipment in the client’s UC room
  • Ensuring that AV hardware / software is prepared to meet the needs of the event.
  • Setup and test sound equipment before events, broadcasts or recording.
  • Operating the master controls of AV systems during events.
  • Maintenance, troubleshooting and problem-solving of hardware / software
  • Resolve technical issues when they arise
  • Active listener with the ability to engage customers to identify root causes and deliver solutions
  • Competence with video conference and broadcasting systems
  • Expertise in processing control, routing, and audio video signal flow with broadcast software.
  • Understanding AV technologies and IT systems on a technical level
  • Awareness of the latest trends, hardware, and features in AV equipment
  • Familiarity with graphics, encoding and video editing software.
  • Interpersonal, delegation, and teamwork skills.
  • The ability to clearly understand and respond to needs as communicated by other members of the team.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Dedication to total quality management.
  • Problem solving
  • Priority setting to be nimble, responsive and result-oriented
  • Customer focus with strong interpersonal skills

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelors’ degree in Computer science or related IT field, preferred.
  • 2+ years of Network operations experience within a Managed Services provider environment.
  • Technical certifications a plus or willingness to obtain certifications, preferably from the following vendors: –

(Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Extreme, EMC)

Other information:

  • All services will be performed on a web-based model using Liberty Av solutions provided CRM, email and all applications needed to provide the services.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Rs100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
