Chief Minister Punjab Laptop Scheme 2026 – Phase II

The Government of Punjab has launched the Chief Minister Punjab Laptop Scheme to equip meritorious students with essential digital tools for academic advancement.

 I am pleased to inform you that the Phase of the Chief Minister’s Laptops scheme has been launched on 31^st January 2026 – Registration is OPEN NOW. (Portal is LIVE).

The students enrolled in Undergraduate BS 4-Years (16 years – Mostly from session Fall 2025) at Public Universities / Colleges, Public Medical & Dental Colleges / Universities are encouraged to apply for this Laptops Program. In this connection we request you to kindly encourage your students to apply for the Laptop scheme at the given link. The summary of eligibility criteria is also given on Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) portal at given link.

HOW TO APPLY:

Students are advised to apply Online by Registering Profile at the following link by themselves. Students can apply through given web portal. Only online submitted applications are eligible, NO manual submission of application.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• Must have a domicile from any district of Punjab.
• Must be enrolled in:
  • 1st or 2nd semester of BS in (16 years – Mostly from session Fall 2025) any Public University / College or in the Chartered Federal / Private Universities (Click here to see the list of private universities included in CM Laptop Scheme)
  • Public Medical & Dental College / University (1st professional - academic session 2025 to onward)
  • 1st or 2nd semester of BS Nursing in Public Sector Nursing Colleges (1st professional - academic session 2025 to onward) (Click here to see the list of nursing colleges included in CM Laptop Scheme)
• For Public Sector Universities / Colleges and Chartered Federal / Private Universities (Minimum of 65% Marks in Intermediate)
• For Public Sector Medical & Dental Colleges / University (Minimum of 80% Marks in Intermediate)
• For DVM Students of Public Sector Universities / Colleges (Minimum of 75% Marks in Intermediate)
• For Public Sector Nursing Colleges / Universities (Minimum of 65% Marks in Intermediate)
• Student must not be a recipient of any laptop scheme

The 2025-26 session has been nothing short of spectacular. Our teams have swept top positions in almost every major hackathon and tech convention.

⚡ Speed Programming: The "Team GATO" Era

In the world of competitive coding, consistency is rare. However, Team GATO (Muhammad Ibraheem and Muhammad Subhan) has proven to be an unstoppable force this season.

• Code Bees 2.0:

• ICPC Pakistan 2024:
